APN Staffing is now hiring for our client the State of Tennessee. This is an Administrative Services Assistant position on-location in Nashville. Hours for this position are (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) Monday-Friday, contract is long-term until the end of 2023. Hourly rate of pay is $28.11 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and track fiscal accounting budgets & spreadsheets
Submit default task profile & user code lists - data entry
Maintain grant spreadsheets
Maintain FedEx Spreadsheet
Maintain & track revenue spreadsheets
Update accounts receivable's
Participate in special projects when requested
Backup on phones
Assist with the preparation for strategic retreat
Assist contract manager when approved by supervisor

Requirements:

Prior professional office experience
Prior professional accounting/grant experience is highly desired
Experience with accounting functions/spreadsheets
Strong aptitude for math/accounting is highly desired
Accurate 10-key/data entry numeric skills
