Our client a 460+ bed acute care hospital located in Richmond, Virginia, is a Level I Trauma Center, which means we can provide fast, skilled care in serious emergencies. That's why we see more adults and adolescents in our ER and Pediatric ER than any other hospital in the area.

The Administrative Director of Nursing for Behavioral Health has responsibility for providing the leadership, direction, and administration of direct patient care activities, nursing practice, and nursing education and development across the Tucker Pavilion. The AVP of Nursing is responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with an MSN Required.
• Previous experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
• 5+ years in a nurse leadership role required.

Licensure/Certification:

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Virginia, in accordance with law and regulation required.
• CPI Certification required.
