Administrative Assistant / Receptionist


  • Reception duties both in-Person and on the Phone
  • Preparing Reports and Maintaining Records
  • Invoice Payments both on the Phone and in-Person
  • Respond to Customer Queries/Complaints
  • General Office Duties


  • Professional, Friendly and Clear Communication with Clients/Customers
  • Detail Orientated with Ability to weigh Demands of Clients
  • Proficiency and Accuracy in Speed Typing Reports
  • Prioritizing tasks and Switching Gears in a Busy Work Environment
  • Strong Computer and Typing Skills including MS Office

  • 35 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm, 2:00pm – 4:30pm
