Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Support billing, payments, and vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, service requests, and internal communication.
- Perform general clerical duties and provide support to management as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital filing systems.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a small office with a hands-on team.
Compensation & Benefits
- $14 per hour
- Monday to Friday schedule (standard business hours)
