Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Support billing, payments, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, service requests, and internal communication.
  • Perform general clerical duties and provide support to management as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital filing systems.
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a small office with a hands-on team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $14 per hour
