Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Alpharetta based financial services firm is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This company offers a very pleasant work environment, comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation. They work 4 days in the office with everyone working from home on Wednesdays.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support the tax advisors and tax leadership team with communication and questions from clients
- Client onboarding
- Draft emails and respond to client messages
- Update information in database
- Print out client and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Maintain office supplies
- Arrange lunch meetings etc…
- Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred, not required
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
