Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and project support to the Department such as copying, filing, order fulfillment, maintaining supply of marketing materials, tracking materials deadlines and sending reminders as needed; obtaining bios, photos and release forms; creating table of contents, title pages chapter pages, bio pages, etc.
  • Assists with set up, registration check-in, materials distribution, agendas and other on-site support for programs and meetings
  • Assists with duplication, cataloging and inventory control of video and audio recordings
  • Scheduling for seminars and events held on and off-site
  • Facilities coordination with building management and vendors as needed
  • Support Director with administrative tasks such as calendar management, budget tracking, payments etc.
  • Cross-trained in and provides backup for other depts. Administrative Staff
Desired Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Drivers License
  • NH Notary (current or able to become Notary)
  • Administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
