Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant for our client with a minimum of 5+ years of experience and a stable job history. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional who excels in administrative support, communication, and multitasking. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Maintain and organize files, records, and databases for efficient retrieval.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

Assist in preparing expense reports and processing invoices.

Support office operations, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Conduct research and compile data for projects and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with a stable job history.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
