Job Description
Our client, The Greater Cleveland Food Bank, is entering its busiest season and seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support its dynamic Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to multiple executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel or virtual meetings.

Reconcile and track corporate credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Anticipate leadership team needs and help streamline daily operations.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Support internal communications and assist with team coordination as needed.
Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership preferred.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Confident communicator who demonstrates professionalism and discretion.

Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting a meaningful cause.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (with potential to grow into full-time)
