Our client, The Greater Cleveland Food Bank, is entering its busiest season and seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support its dynamic Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel or virtual meetings.

  • Reconcile and track corporate credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Anticipate leadership team needs and help streamline daily operations.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

  • Support internal communications and assist with team coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Confident communicator who demonstrates professionalism and discretion.

  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting a meaningful cause.

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (with potential to grow into full-time)
