Administrative Assistant needed for full-time contract position in Nashua, NH paying $25-30/hr. DOE. Hours are M-F 830am-5pm. Primary Duties:
  • Provide Administrative Support to Customer Success Dept.
  • Answer incoming calls to dept. and route to the correct team member or answer general inquiries when possible
  • Manage dept email inbox and delegate requests for quotes, order processing and similar tasks to the correct team member
  • Data-entry and order entry into CRM/ERP system ensuring accurate data is collected
  • Perform other administrative, clerical and customer support tasks as needed
Desired Experience:
  • 3+yrs Administrative Assistant, Sales Support or Similar experience
  • Computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; CRM and/or ERP experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
