📍 Location: Carolina, Puerto Rico
🕗 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Starting Pay: $15/hour

GRC Executive is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a reputable commercial real estate enterprise based in Carolina, Puerto Rico. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and scheduling

  • Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry

  • Support daily office operations and team coordination

  • Schedule appointments and property visits

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
