Our client in the Oil & Gas Sector is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant for a period of three (3) months for their Port of Spain office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management or teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, purchase orders, and other documents as required
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and operating efficiently

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
