Responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Creating expense reports in Concur
  • Preparing for trade shows
  • Entering and managing leads and contacts in Salesforce database

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant supporting a sales team
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
