Administrative Assistant - Alpharetta
Our client located in Alpharetta is looking for an Administrative Assistant with light Bookkeeping and Marketing Experience.
Duties will include the following:
- Admin Asst duties for CEO and President.
- Basic accounting skills with Sage 300 experience
- Insurance review
- Office management responsibility
- Answering phones, ordering supplies, managing office vendors
- Equipment Rental management & inventory management
- Expense reporting
Base salary 40’s to 50’s with Benefits and Great Alpharetta location.
