Overview of Temporary Position

Customer service, administrative, and clerical support for External Programs and Summer of Art. May also speak with clients and SOA applicants/parents via phone or email to verify information.

Skills for Temp Support

  • Technical/software skills - MS Suite, Google drive and Google apps
  • Strong, accurate, fast typing skills. Mail merge experience helpful.
  • Detail oriented
  • Good customer service, ability to answer phone, friendly & helpful
  • Comfortable to ask questions
  • Takes initiative and is helpful
  • Team player
  • Experience with/understanding of educational programming
  • Art and design background and/or knowledgeable a plus
