Temporary Administrator - 11 Months

This is 100% in office and is NOT a remote position

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out administrative duties associated with team activities, projects and initiatives.
  • Developing, inputting, and maintaining contact databases
  • Coordinating logistics/hospitality for events and team activities
  • Preparing budget information and payment of invoices
  • Coordinating accounting and procurement requests
  • Supporting and coordinating project/team meetings, which may include scheduling, preparing agendas, notetaking, drafting meeting minutes, and logistics.
  • Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents
  • Updating and maintaining the team leave calendar.
  • Other Various Office Duties as Required

Requirements:

  • Reliability level security screening required to obtain before starting
  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills with Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proactive Attitude with Ability to Multi-task
  • Ability to stay focused and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail
  • Have a strong commitment to people, processes, policies, and confidentiality.

Assets:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) (generating reports and dashboards)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with online engagement platform Engagement HQ
  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint software experience

We Offer:

  • $18.50 per hour
  • Monday–Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
