Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Head of the Real Estate department. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.

- Manager calendars and prepare travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports and track AP/AR
- Prepare correspondence, memos and other documents
- Manage contacts database
- Answer phones, order supplies and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience supporting C or V level Executives
- Prefer experience working in real estate construction & development
