Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Head of the Real Estate department. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Manager calendars and prepare travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports and track AP/AR
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and other documents
  • Manage contacts database
  • Answer phones, order supplies and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience supporting C or V level Executives
  • Prefer experience working in real estate construction & development
