Administrative / Bookkeeper
Job Location: Kaimuki | Compensation: $23-30/hour |
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time | Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm |
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:

Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients or customers, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Administrative Support:

Office Management: Assist with office organization, including managing supplies and equipment.

Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain various data records and documents.

Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.

Documentation: Maintain filing systems and document management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
