The position is responsible in administrative tasks for company to operate its business in smooth and efficient manner. The position also supports all employees and meets their needs in work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Office supply fulfillment
  • Receive phone calls and forward to appropriate departments
  • Receive mails and distribute to appropriate departments
  • Maintain safety and well-organized office environment
  • Contact and work with outside vendors for office maintenance
  • Support expatriate employees from Asahi group; residence, company car, public services
  • Work for requests from parents company (JapanHQ)

Required Experience
  • BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • English and Japanese Bilingual
