With young, innovative therapy leadership, experienced physical therapists will find opportunities to specialize while new graduates PTs will enjoy a dedicated mentorship program. Highlights:
Serving med/surg, oncology, pulm, post-op ortho, trauma, ICU, NICU, CVICU
Reasonable productivity at just 7-8 adult and ped patients per day
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds throughout hospital
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with 1:4 weekends (comp days provided)
Structured 9 month training program for new grads or 90 days for experienced
Compensation:
$75,000 - $115,000 base
+ 1.5x overtime
+ Weekend differential
+ Lease-break assistance
+ 401k w/ match
+ Over 4 weeks of PTO!

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Acute care experience is preferred
