OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

A full-time permanent acute care position - the acute care team is the heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while working with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with the opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California license or ability to obtain
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Comfortable working with a team
• Acute Care experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
