Broad Patient Mix:

• Work with medically complex cases across neuro, ortho, trauma, ICU, and post-op units

• Expand your clinical range with cross-training and hands-on support

Sustainable Caseloads:

• ~10 patients/day with 1:1 treatment blocks

• No productivity quotas—sessions are focused, unrushed, and centered on quality care

Schedule Flexibility:

• Choose from several full-time shift options

• Light weekend rotation (minimal frequency)

• Optional weekend shifts available at elevated PRN rates

Development & Mentorship:

• Structured onboarding and mentorship for new grads or those shifting into acute
