We’re working with a well-regarded, not-for-profit health system that’s hiring a full-time PT to join their Acute Care team. Whether you’re experienced in acute care or eager to make the transition, this role offers clinical variety, strong onboarding, and a collaborative rehab environment that prioritizes quality outcomes over quotas.
What You’ll Gain in This Role
Wide-Ranging Clinical Experience

Rotate through ICU, ortho, neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and joint replacement units

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams on medically complex patient cases

Manageable Caseload & Patient-First Approach

Treat around 10 patients per day with generous, 1:1 care windows
