We've partnered with a mission-driven, not-for-profit hospital to hire a full-time Physical Therapist for their Acute Care team. This role is built for clinicians who want mentorship, diverse patient exposure, and real growth—whether you're transitioning into acute care or deepening existing experience.

Broad Patient Mix:
- Build a versatile skillset across neuro, ortho, trauma, ICU, and post-op units

Sustainable Caseloads:
- ~10 patients/day with 1:1 treatment blocks
- No productivity quotas—sessions are focused, unrushed, and centered on quality care
- Autonomy to adjust based on patient needs and acuity
Schedule Flexibility:
- Choose from several full-time shift options
- Light weekend rotation (minimal frequency)
- Optional weekend shifts available at elevated PRN rates
Development & Mentorship:
- Structured onboarding and mentorship for new grads or those shifting into acute
- Access to CEU reimbursement, internal training, and long-term leadership pathways
Pay & Perks:
