About the Occupational Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    •
  • Acute Care experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered.
    •
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a growing, changing coastal population.
    •
  • Collaborative, interdisciplinary communication skills.
    •
  • Servant leader mindset.
