Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Fortune 500 Company

Salary: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team handling high-volume accounts receivable, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Implement and refine lean principles and ERP-driven processes to enhance efficiency across financial operations.
  • Direct responsibility for accounts receivable aging, including credit approvals, collections, and ensuring timely month-end close activities.
  • Analyze and manage deductions by ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and reconciliation to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Act as a primary liaison for internal audit, finance departments, and external stakeholders to fortify relationships and ensure stringent compliance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including ERP system implementation (specifically D365), and foster cross-functional collaborations to drive broader organizational impacts.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, and efficient deduction management.
  • Proven experience with ERP system implementations, with a preference for direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a dedication to fostering team growth and development.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Excel.

  • Experience in a Fortune 500 or similarly large, complex organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
