Accounts Payable Specialist
Phoenix, Arizona

Growing family owned dealership in Phoenix, AZ! Searching for candidates with 5+ years Accounts Payable experience, great personality, strong multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and pay all vendor bills timely.
  • Close out service RO's.
  • Enter and reconcile company credit card.
  • Process all transport checks.
  • Review and maintain appropriate schedules and spreadsheets.
  • Pay 3rd party MVD and issue customer refunds.
  • Work closely management team in each store.

Experience

  • Preferably 5+ years.
  • Dealertrack experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel.
  • General accounting knowledge a plus.
