Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Accounts Payable in Charleston. The Accounts Payable is responsible for working in the Charleston corporate office and have at least one year of experience in high volume capacity with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional work ethic, organization and verbal skills. The position is based out of our corporate office located in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities of a Accounts Payable includes:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry and payment
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
• Distributes signed checks as required
• Acts a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
• Answers all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
• Assists corporate financial offers and branch personnel as necessary
• Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches
• Confirms vendor banking information as applicable
• Assists in monthly closings
• Prepares analysis of accounts as required
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned
