Immediate need for experienced Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant to join growing corporate headquarters in Midtown (conveniently located close to interstate 85/75) overseeing a large chain of retail stores across the country. In this role you will serve as the right hand to the Accounting Manager responsible for A/P, Filing and Scanning related to a over 40 stores. This is a highly tenured group and generous entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires two days per week in the Midtown Office

Job Duties:
Processing accounts payable invoices
Pulling and entering sales data from Point of Sale System
Scanning / Filing
Job Requirements:
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year of Data Entry / Accounts Payable knowledge
- Associates or Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with limited experience will be considered
- Must have strong communication skills and work well as a team
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred but will train.
