About Our Client

Our client located in North York is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who has SAP experience for a temporary position

Responsibilities

  • Support the internal accounting team with reconciliations
  • Record liabilities for coinciding organizations for both miscellaneous and inventory invoices
  • Responsible for the preparation of invoice processed through scanners
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and collect approvals according to the internal system
  • Prepare of documents related to miscellaneous inventory products and services that concern the affiliated organizations
  • Support the internal program team in all administrative duties as required
  • All other related duties

Qualifications

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years working experience in a corporate team environment
  • Intermediate computing skills, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • SAP experience is a must have.
  • Must be able to work effectively within a high-paced team in a positive manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have excellent multitasking skills and be able to manage large volumes of tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
