Accounts Payable Analyst
Our client has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Analyst with Purchase Card experience.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly reporting of Accounts Payable data to Controller and senior management
• Purchasing card administrator – oversee 250+ accounts with monthly reporting to CFO and General Managers
• Ensure accuracy for the monthly tax accrual process
• Review IPV and PPV monthly accounts
• Manage all electronic upload processes into Oracle
• Manage EDI process and identify the root cause of issues
• Manage open purchase orders
Requirements:
• Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred
• Four or more years of Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, large company environment
• MUST have Purchase Card Experience
• Experience with an ERP system required, (Oracle a plus)
• EDI experience preferred
