Our client is a leading ICT solutions provider who delivers IT solutions to corporate and government clients, as well as small businesses, seeks to hire an Accounts Manager who will bring on board new clients and ensure that all aspects of business commitments and SLAs to clients are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client acquisition initiatives to support strategic growth and market expansion.
- Review and evaluate market studies and surveys conducted by the sales team to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate and escalate major client issues, including new business opportunities, service additions, unresolved issues, special requirements, and other critical business-impacting matters.
- Ensure active clients receive timely and appropriate support at all times.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of active and prospective clients, including leads and key contacts.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure all business proposals comply with required standards, are delivered to clients, and followed up appropriately.
- Ensure all quotations, invoices, and sales orders conform to required standards and are issued accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate all client-related activities for closed deals and manage ongoing and future engagements.
- Review and analyze periodic customer feedback submitted by the Customer Service Center (CSC) team.
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients.
- Oversee client-focused activities such as workshops, exhibitions, and events that support business development.
- Ensure timely delivery of value-added services to clients as needs arise.
- Perform other assigned duties related to business sustainability and growth.
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline
- Professional qualifications in IT, Marketing and Sales
- At least 5 years’ experience in ICT industry
- Advanced knowledge in ICT
- Ability to propose the right solution for the right business needs
- Ability to integrate diverse technologies to achieve business solutions
- Proven track record of closing business deals within the corporate sector
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while achieving desired results.
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure, multi-task and meet strict deadline
- Strong analytical and business organization skill
- Project management skills
- Ability to coordinate all core activities involved in closing a business deal end-to-end.
- Ability to plan design, coordinate and implement business and marketing strategies.
- Must be highly dependable and trustworthy
- Confidentiality – ability to keep confidential information and trade secrets
- Must be self-motivated and confident in all aspects
- Must be highly presentable at all times
