Accounting/Office Manager

Our rapidly growing client has an immediate need for an Accounting/Office Manager to manage office staff and handle the bookkeeping.

The Accounting/Office Manager will work closely with the owners overseeing the office staff and processing Accounts Payable, manage an Accounts Receivable Clerk, submit payroll for 30 people to their payroll company, calculate sales commissions, benefits administration and monthly financial reporting.
Must be a team player that can help answer phones (back up administrative assistant).
Must BE A LEADER that is NOT AFRAID of conflict and able to manage people.

Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise preferred
Ten or more years of Accounting/Bookkeeping and Office Management experience required.
Operations experience a preferred

Salary and benefits (75% medical paid for employee), dental, vision
