Our consulting opportunities allow you to apply your expertise to meaningful assignments, including process improvements, system implementations, financial reporting enhancements, internal controls, and special projects.

Typical Areas of Responsibility

Depending on the assignment, consultants may support or lead initiatives such as:

• Month-end and year-end close optimization and execution

• Financial statement preparation and analysis

• Journal entry review, documentation, and process standardization

• Balance sheet reconciliations and account clean-up

• Internal controls assessment and improvement

• ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations

• Audit preparation and coordination

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support

• Data analysis and reporting enhancements

• Mergers and acquisitions integration support

• Interim leadership roles within accounting or finance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or other certifications are a plus

• Progressive experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or consulting environments

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and business needs

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
