Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee routine accounting functions and month-end closing processes for multiple entities.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including transaction recording and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll and manage payment schedules.
  • Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain cash flow forecasting and financial records.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support external audits and tax preparations.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and assist with property tax filings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including handling calls and mail.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate building maintenance as needed.
  • Oversee company credit card program and expense tracking.
  • Plan and organize company events.
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and project support.
  • Maintain organized financial records and document procedures for consistency and efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
