Bilingual Accounting Manager – Remote (U.S.-based)
GRC Executive Search is proud to partner with a respected CPA firm to identify a Bilingual Accounting Manager to lead its growing international accounting team. This fully remote leadership position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong foundation in public accounting and a passion for team development, operational excellence, and client service.
The selected candidate will oversee a team of staff accountants located in the Philippines and serve as the strategic link between operations, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a remote team of staff accountants, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism in daily operations.
- Client Oversight: Supervise accounting activities for a portfolio of 300+ clients, reviewing financial statements, tax filings, and other key deliverables.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal firm policies.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement accounting workflows and procedures to drive efficiency and quality control.
- Closing Processes: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision and timeliness.
- Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions and performance reviews to foster team growth.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for accounting-related client questions, delivering clear, responsive support.
- Strategic Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting insights to inform management decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role; public accounting experience is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and accounting systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
- Technology: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Remote Readiness: Proven ability to manage teams and priorities in a fully remote work environment.
Work Environment & Benefits

- Compensation: $87,308 – $94,456 annually.
