What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and general ledger activity
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reporting packages, and supporting schedules
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff through coaching, training, and performance management
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and finance leaders to improve reporting accuracy and business performance
• Support external audit processes and coordinate requests with auditors
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and strengthening internal controls
• Assist with technical accounting matters, policy implementation, and compliance with U.S. GAAP

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience working within a multi-entity or complex business environment preferred
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate insights effectively to leadership
• Strong systems proficiency, including advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Proven ability to improve processes, prioritize competing deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
