HireFinance Group is actively recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing company in the homebuilder industry. We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, oversee the month‑end close, and support audit and compliance activities. This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate across multiple departments and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Staff and Senior Accountants
- Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and KPI insights
- Support quarterly reporting and annual audits
- Coordinate budget uploads and assist with system/process enhancements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in accounting or finance management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong Excel and software proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- CPA preferred
