Our client a rapidly growing Manufacturing Company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to work in their Corporate Headquarters.

The position will report to the Controller and supervise a staff of 6.

Duties inculude:

• Supervise all day-to-day accounting operations
• Month-end close and consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct monthly financial meetings with multiple branch locations in different states.
• Manage financial processes
• Variance analysis
• Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new ERP systems

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BS Accounting required
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• 5 – 15 years’ experience
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment is a MUST
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• "Hands on" and strong work ethic

Base salary of 80k-100k plus Benefits.
