Accounting Manager

This is the best of three worlds, if you have a passion as an Accounting Manager to help lead and guide this non-profit who is doing tremendous breakthroughs in disease research, and you will have the ability to work a hybrid work schedule 2 in office and 3 at your home office then this maybe the perfect opportunity!!!

This is a growth opportunity to lead a team of 3 in the accounting department. 75 employee non-profit organization doing about 10-12M a year but wants to grow and streamline operations with you help!

Must have non-profit accounting experience, software package such as MIP, payroll is inhouse, you must want to upgrade process and automate. Other requirements are grant accounting, knowledge of 2 CFR 200 is highly desirable, audit. leadership and management of accounting handbook and calendar, electronic timesheet process and advance Excel skills.

Salary range to 115K, 20 days PTO and additional day each anniversary and 12 holidays.
