HireFinance Group is actively recruiting on behalf of a high growth, "new energy" company with multiple locations across the US. This role builds and leads the corporate accounting function, overseeing consolidations, technical accounting, audits, close processes, and global compliance. Heavy interaction with global teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly consolidations and intercompany eliminations
• Own month-end and year-end close
• Lead annual financial audit
• Technical accounting (ASC 606, ASC 842)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash forecasts
• Oversee tax filings (sales/use, property) with advisors
• Partner with CPA firm on income tax and provisions

Requirements:

• Mandarin bilingual
• 10+ years of experience (blend of Public / Private preferred)
• Experience working for mid-size $350M+ revenue companies
