We are searching for an Accounting Supervisor to join our client’s growing team.

Basic Functions:

• Key member of the leadership team and functions in scale and scope equivalent to a traditional controller role
• Manage, develop, and lead the accounting department in the analysis and delivery of timely and accurate financial information
• Lead the accounting department in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and facilitate external audits
• Work closely with management in the analysis of financial, operational, and key performance metrics to assist in the business decision making process
• Engage with leadership in other departments to foster strong collaboration, transparency, and teamwork within the division
• Collaborate with accounting team to develop effective, efficient, and reproducible processes that produce performance results within the department
• Utilize emotional intelligence to build strong communication, trust, and a productive work environment in the department
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the areas of financial reporting, accounting procedures, and business analysis
• Fosters an environment that promotes Company's culture and encourages continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, or Master's Degree in Accounting or Business
• Manufacturing Accounting Experience
• Willing to relocate for future advancement opportunities
