**HYBRID SCHEDULE of 3 DAYS IN OFFICE PER WEEK**
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including the review of both routine and complex journal entries and accruals.

Oversee key general ledger functions, including intercompany reporting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, payroll, and benefits.

Direct monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.

Perform in-depth analysis of actual results versus forecasts, budgets, and prior periods; provide clear variance explanations to support financial outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with corporate and cross-functional accounting teams to align and streamline operations.

Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements; drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and internal controls.

Prepare and coordinate documentation and responses for internal and external audits.

Maintain adherence to U.S. GAAP and other regulatory standards.

Manage special projects and deliver ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with business stakeholders.

Mentor and develop team members by assigning responsibilities, offering guidance, and promoting professional growth.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience and experience from a Big 4 accounting firm required

At least 2 years of managerial experience required.

Proficiency in major ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving responsibilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to reconcile and analyze data across multiple sources is a plus.

Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary to meet executive or organizational needs.
