Our Client Accounting & Advisory Services team provides a full suite of financial support, including month-end accounting, technology implementation, CFO-level consulting, and strategic advisory services. We partner closely with our clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.


How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Manage client monthly accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure client service teams meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within established expectations
  • Serve in a consultative capacity, providing exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for value-added solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively communicating progress, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client service plans, including timelines, deliverables, and team assignments
  • Monitor engagement budgets, review work-in-progress (WIP), and address variances in a timely manner
  • Prepare client invoices, communicate billing details, and assist with collections as needed
  • Support business development efforts through community involvement, proposal participation, and client presentations
  • Contribute to team development by providing coaching, performance feedback, and participating in evaluations and promotion discussions
  • Assist in training and mentoring staff, including development of training materials and facilitation of learning programs

How Will You Get Here?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
