  • Position: Accounting Manager (Government Contracting)
  • Company: IT/engineering service provider to defense, intel, space agencies
  • Location: Bethesda MD (4-5 days/week in office)
  • Salary: $100 - $140k depending on experience
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operational accounting oversight (AR, AP, payroll)
    • General ledger close (month-end and year-end)
    • Audit support (DCAA/DCMA)
    • Financial reporting and GovCon compliance reporting
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous GovCon accounting experience (5+ years)
    • Expertise with Deltek Costpoint
    • Ability to commute to Bethesda MD 4-5 days/week
