- Receives, processes, change of status forms and other documents and reports;
- Verifies changes in employment, pay status, and other payroll-related information.
- Maintains complete ledgers and journals reflecting wage payments, paid time off (PTO), and other accounts
- Assists with reconciliation of manual check records and bank statements.
- Reviews/audits payroll reports for accuracy and completeness of information, verifying or reconciling employee tax and other deductions, researching and resolving errors, and responding to other issues as necessary.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work independently.
