Our client in Peachtree Corners is looking for an Accounting Clerk / Accounting assistant to join their accounting department. This is a strong stable company with excellent benefits that offers room for growth and advancement.

To detail.

  • Receives, processes, change of status forms and other documents and reports;
  • Verifies changes in employment, pay status, and other payroll-related information.
  • Maintains complete ledgers and journals reflecting wage payments, paid time off (PTO), and other accounts
  • Assists with reconciliation of manual check records and bank statements.
  • Reviews/audits payroll reports for accuracy and completeness of information, verifying or reconciling employee tax and other deductions, researching and resolving errors, and responding to other issues as necessary.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Paycom Experience highly desired
