About Our Client:
Our client, real estate investment firm located in Toronto is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to join their fast growing team who will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process accounts payable for properties
  • Reconciling subledgers to the general ledger
  • Support accountants with month end and year end
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Maintaining files for back-up
  • General administrative and office duties

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting functions
  • College or University graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently and ability to establish a rapport in a team environment
