Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator

Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience to join their team.

The duties will include the following:

  • Accounts Receivable: Includes AIA billing of projects, miscellaneous billings.
  • Collection of receivables.Executing contracts, enrolling subs and GGR in CCIP, OCIP
  • Requesting COI for each project.
  • Requesting Bonds on jobs as needed.
  • Filing of liens when needed.
  • Enter budgets for projects.
  • Set up new jobs in systems, inventory & accounting.
  • Filing “Notice to Contractor”
  • Processing Change Orders as needed.
  • Support other staff members as needed.

Base salary $40's to $50's with Excellent Benefits
