Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper

Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper.

  • Code and entered all Accounts Payable invoices and prepare checks for mailing
  • Post Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciled bank statements monthly
  • Prepared yearly 1099 information
  • Process payroll for approximately 100 employees
  • Responsible for enrolling employees in company benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K and life insurance)
  • QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred
  • Must have good Excel and Word experience
  • Experience with Publisher and PowerPoint a big plus
  • Strong writing ability and must be a team player
