Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper
Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper.
- Code and entered all Accounts Payable invoices and prepare checks for mailing
- Post Accounts Receivable
- Reconciled bank statements monthly
- Prepared yearly 1099 information
- Process payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Responsible for enrolling employees in company benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K and life insurance)
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred
- Must have good Excel and Word experience
- Experience with Publisher and PowerPoint a big plus
- Strong writing ability and must be a team player
