We are Recruiting on behalf of a Local Dealership in the role of:

Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Payroll on weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Supervise Accounts Receivable Functions
  • Review and Process Orders, Billings, Warranty Claims
  • Preparing Reports and Maintaining Records
  • Daily Cash Deposits and Reconciliation
  • Collection/Follow up Calls with Customers
  • Respond to Customer Queries/Complaints
  • General Office Duties

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of the Accounting Cycle and Experience with Payroll
  • Positive Attitude with a Desire to Learn and Grow
  • Detail Orientated with Ability to Work under Deadlines
  • Problem Solving and Ability to Comprehend Instructions
  • Confidence and Ability to Communicate Effectively
  • Ability to work Quickly, Efficiently and Switch Gears in a Busy Environment
  • Strong Computer Skills including MS Office; ADP Experience an Asset
