The Financial Advisor Compensation team is an integral part of the Financial Controller’s Division, whose main function is to support Field Management. The group is segmented into divisional support teams, guaranteeing Field Management the highest level of customer service and comprehensive knowledge regarding compensation. Each team serves as a point of contact with Field Management, Product Controllers, Operations, Office of Business Management, Technology, Audit, Human Resources, and Payroll. This enables the team to foster strong relationships and have a vast understanding of firm policies and compensation plans. The team is also responsible for the implementation of Business policies. Additionally, the teams update Field Management by communicating new procedures, policies, events & training when necessary.
the candidate will serve as a central point of contact for Financial Advisors, their managers and field support. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities to investigate, explain and take corrective actions if required.
